Janelle De Rivera is the Director of Product Management for Moat Analytics at Oracle. Moat makes brand advertising more effective by enabling advertisers and publishers to measure and optimize media against viewability and attention, brand safety, invalid traffic, and quality. Prior to Moat, Janelle held product positions at Movable Ink, Cheetah Digital, and Experian. Her product experience has focused on building and launching solutions that help businesses drive their marketing initiatives.
A seasoned executive with 24+ years of digital media, marketing and operations experience, Angelina Eng has focused her career on supporting agencies and brands to define, build and manage digital media and marketing efforts while enabling teams to operationally work efficiently and effectively with both internal and external partners and platforms. She’s been responsible for the development and management of internal systems and workflow, establishment of deliverable standards, designing ad trafficking and tracking guidelines, implementation of emerging platforms, as well as establishing best practices at companies such as Morgan Stanley, Merkle, Dentsu Aegis and Publicis Modem.

Adam is a decisive sales executive with leadership experience driving business transformation
and organizational change on behalf of leading media companies. A noted industry expert, he
has a strong reputation for seizing strategic opportunities to develop client-centric product
solutions that connect brands to audiences across advanced TV, digital and traditional
broadcast/cable platforms.
Currently, Adam serves as Vice President of Network Partnerships and Head of Addressable for
VIZIO. In this role, Adam leads Project OAR, the consortium of America’s leading media
companies created to establish a common technology for dynamic, addressable advertising
management for television.
Most recently, Adam was Vice President of AMCN Agility, the Data Solutions Sales team for AMC
Networks. There, he created and oversaw the development and monetization of all advanced
and data-driven TV advertising opportunities across the AMC Networks portfolio. Adam led the
team that partnered with Business Intelligence, Research, Data Science, and Content and
Inventory Strategy to enhance existing and cultivate new relationships with national advertisers
seeking to leverage data-driven tactics.
Prior to joining AMC Networks, Adam was Vice President, Media Sales & Analytics for DISH
Network, where he led the company’s media sales division, inclusive of all addressable,
interactive, programmatic, and OTT initiatives. Before DISH, Adam served as Executive Director
of Digital Media and Interactive Advertising Sales for Game Show Network, where he led the
creation and subsequent sale of strategic, cross-platform marketing solutions. He began his
career at CBS in the New Media division and held various advertising sales roles with increasing
responsibility at TechTV and Comcast Networks.
Adam serves on the board of directors for the IRTS Foundation, an organization with a focus on
building future media leaders. He received dual bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Psychology
from Rutgers University, and a master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University.
Adam received a certification from Harvard Business School’s Cable Executive Management Program,
CTAM, as well as IAB’s Data 360 and Digital Media certifications. He resides in New Jersey with his
wife and their two children.
Christine Grammier is the Head of TV Measurement at LiveRamp, where she partners with brands and agencies to weave the power of identity into all of their premium video strategies. Prior to LiveRamp, Christine spent 15 years at Marketing Evolution, building the first person-based online and offline attribution platform. Her work has been celebrated with an iCOM Data Creativity Award and an ARF David Ogilvy Award for Big Data Excellence. Christine holds a BS in business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and continues to serve on its Business Analytics Advisory Board.
With more than a decade of experience in the ad tech industry, Rob Hazan leads omnichannel product strategy, development, and delivery at Index Exchange.
Prior to joining Index, Rob held roles across the buy and sell sides of the programmatic ecosystem at Google and AppNexus (now Xandr). While at Google, Rob served as a Product Manager, responsible for publisher tagging, ads latency, and ensuring compliance with data regulation (e.g. GDPR and CCPA).
Earlier in his career, Rob worked as a software engineer and business analyst at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Finance from Princeton University. Today, he lives in the Boston area with his wife, two kids, and their dog.
Justin works at SiriusXM-Pandora on the iOS ads engineering team. He has been a part of IAB’s OM SDK commit group since 2018 and worked to help build out Audibility in OM SDK. When he’s not working, he’s hiking with his wife and 3 kids somewhere in the beautiful Bay Area.
Jessica Hogue is a media measurement executive with over 15 years of experience in television, digital and omnichannel advertising. As General Manager of Measurement and Analytics at Innovid, she leads the company’s strategy, design and execution of analytics solutions and partnerships and is passionate about shaping the future of Connected TV with audience insights and modern measurement. Previously, Jessica spent over a decade at Nielsen in a variety of senior roles within Client Services and Product Leadership. She pioneered research in social listening and authored studies on social influencers, digital habits of women and sustainability trends. Recognized by Multichannel News’ “40 Under 40” in 2016, she is a frequent speaker at industry events and an active member of the IAB.
Stephen leads DISH Media’s Product and Program team and oversees DISH Media’s Product Roadmap and all product development impacting the media organization. Stephen and the team leverage internal and external partnerships to develop innovative ad products and technologies to create open and automated converged environments to drive scale along with ad products that keep DISH Media as industry leaders. Before heading up the DISH Media’s Product and Program team, Stephen led various Pricing and Inventory groups, including Bloomberg Media, Food Network and Cooking Channel, and DISH Media.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his family on the Jersey shore beaches. Stephen received his BA in Communications from the University of Cincinnati and resides in New Jersey with his wife Cynthia and their two children.
James Lamberti is the Chief Marketing Officer at Conviva. He’s an expert at helping innovative growth companies like Conviva provide software and insights to marketing, advertising, research, data science, and R&D teams so they can effectively acquire and retain customers. James has led several companies through challenging transformations, including Fortune 1000 brands such as Clorox and Experian, as well as highly successful media and technology startups including comScore, InMobi, AdTruth, and Applitools. As Conviva drives transformation in the world of streaming, James’s deep go-to-market experience across the media, marketing, and advertising ecosystem make him an excellent complement to the technical expertise already present on Conviva’s executive team.
Tiffany Lee is the Head of Publisher Development at MediaMath, a global demand-side technology platform. In this role, Tiffany oversees relationships with top global publishers and content providers across all channels and devices, including CTV, audio, omnichannel video, and DOOH.
Tiffany has close to 15 years of experience in digital and programmatic advertising, spearheading new markets, like Indonesia and China, and new channels, like CTV and Audio. Prior to joining MediaMath, she held senior roles in the U.S., South Korea, and Hong Kong at The Trade Desk, Yahoo!, and AdRoll.
Tiffany is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and lives and works in San Francisco.
As the US Chief Investment Officer for dentsu’s media service line of business, Cara manages $19B in annual investments for all of dentsu’s media clients in the US market.
In this significant role, Cara oversees all US investment activities including publisher direct media, biddable media, research, economic empowerment, productivity and strategic partnerships. She is tasked with maximizing efficiencies for her clients by leveraging the collective buying power of dentsu and delivering innovative solutions that address the changes in the media landscape.
Cara has been with dentsu since 2010. Most recently, Cara oversaw all publisher direct media investment across video, out of home, print, digital direct, DRTV, Local and Network TV, and Audio channels. Previously, Cara led video strategy and investment across all screens and devices for dentsu US clients as the EVP of Video Investment. Cara joined dentsu to manage video investment and activation for the Pfizer Pharmaceuticals account for three years and then the General Motors account for four years before expanding her remit to oversee all media spend on behalf of General Motors.
Her media career spans 23+ years, with five years of DTC experience between two of the biggest Pharmaceutical Companies (Pfizer and Glaxo SmithKline). Cara also has a strong background in packaged goods and retail, working on the SC Johnson and Sears business for over nine years, as well as a handful of travel accounts. Her past agency experience includes MediaEdge, TN, Initiative, and MPG.
Cara was named as Cynopsis’ Top Women in Media in 2020 as an Industry Leader. She was also honored as a She Runs It Working Mother of the Year in 2020. Cara’s expertise is constantly tapped by industry reporters and has been featured in Adweek, Digiday, and MediaPost, to name a few.
Cara serves on the junior board for The Valerie Fund for the and currently runs sales and promotion for Careoke for the Kids, an industry event in its 16th year. She was honored at The Valerie Fund Thanksgiving Gala in 2019 for her tremendous contributions to the cause. In November 2019, Cara was also an honoree at Coaches vs Cancer. Cara will be honored at Partnership with Children Gala being held in June 2022. Cara was recognized at her previous agency with a 5th dot award. She is a breast cancer survivor and enjoys the beach, crafting, playing games, reading, sewing, traveling and most importantly being with her family.
Michael McNally has over a decade of experience leading anti-fraud, spam, and abuse efforts to
protect businesses like Google and Facebook. At Facebook, he served as the Director of
Engineering of News Feed Integrity, addressing misinformation (“fake news”), adversarial
exploitation of feed ranking, and negative user experiences. Prior to that he led the fight against
ad fraud at Google, as the Director of Software Engineering: Ad Traffic Quality and Publisher
Quality. McNally now serves as Chief Scientist at HUMAN where he oversees strategies for
detection and mitigation of fraudulent and abusive activity. He holds a Bachelor of Science in
Computer Science from California State University, Northridge and a Masters of Science in
Computer Science from UCLA.
Rory Mitchell is Executive Managing Director of the Americas. He leads Criteo’s commercial team across the United States, Canada and Latin America, including customer success, operational efficiency and revenue. He brings to Criteo over 15 years of enterprise sales and client success experience in senior roles at CheetahMail, Experian Marketing Services and Cheetah Digital. Most recently, Rory was Chief Revenue Officer at advertising technology company, Steelhouse, where he was responsible for revenue strategy and execution, customer success, and revenue operations. Rory is a California native and graduated from San Francisco State University.
Erick Opeka brings over 18 years of experience as an executive at the intersection of entertainment and technology. Currently, he is the President of Cinedigm Networks (NASDAQ:CIDM), where he oversees the company’s multi-million user base of OTT entertainment services available online, on mobile app, gaming consoles, connected TVs, and multichannel providers. He oversees the development, planning, launch and operations of the company’s portfolio of ten linear, ad-supported and subscription networks.
Previously, Erick was SVP of Global Digital for Cinedigm, where he oversaw the distribution of the company’s 60,000+ hours of content in the digital ecosystem, managing multi-platform content strategy & distribution with partners including Netflix, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and Hulu. Prior to Cinedigm, Erick co-founded and served as GM of New Video Digital, the largest global aggregator of independent film & Television with more than 650 customers including A&E Network, History Channel, and Lifetime. Erick began his career in theatrical film advertising, working with clients including New Line Cinema and Orion Pictures, among others.
Erick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from Florida State University. He is a member of the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Producers Guild of America.
Driving improvements in quality, security and trust have been the focus of Angie’s tenure at Verizon Media. She began her career in credit card fraud before moving to ad tech, where she has been focused on data analysis and reporting. Since joining the team, Angie has implemented strategy and operational changes that enhanced quality practices, removed cyber threats from the ecosystem, and fostered trust in our ad platform. Angie’s current focus is working with industry partners on both the ad supply and demand side to create and enforce quality standards. Before joining Verizon Media, she held positions at ISG Tech as an enterprise systems analyst and JP Morgan Chase, where she rose to a leadership position as a business analysis manager.
Jamie’s expertise is in enabling the evolution of the Advanced TV marketplace through data, automation and attribution. Before Cadent, she cofounded one2one Media, and she was a founding member and Managing Partner at MODI Media, GroupM’s Advanced Television group. Jamie began her career at GroupM’s MEC. She has received many TV and advertising industry honors, including Multichannel News Wonder Woman and Digital All-Star, GABBCON Media Executive of the Year, and Cynopsis Top Women in Digital.
Dr. Neal Richter has worked in the software industry since 1996 and since 1999 focused on data science, ML and AI applications. Currently, he’s Director of Bidding, Exchange, Analytics and Modeling (BEAM) at Amazon Ads. Most recently he served as Chief Scientist at SpotX, a streaming CTV ad platform. Prior to that he was Chief Technical Officer at Rakuten Marketing, as well as CTO and Chief Scientist at the Rubicon Project.
Neal also serves as Chairperson of the IAB TechLab, the technical standards organization of ad tech. He has been a contributor to the development of the OpenRTB protocol, Ads.txt, Ads.cert, and Sellers.json and other associated standards.
Neal grew up in a log cabin in a rural area of Montana and holds a PhD in Computer Science from Montana State University as well as an MS degree from Utah State University. He has authored and published 16 academic papers and 10+ Patents.
When not sifting through data or designing high scale systems learning algorithms, Neal enjoys fly fishing, skiing and living in the Rockies in Salt Lake City Utah with his wife, four teenagers and furry dog.
Diana Romero serves as Manager for Digital Standards & Partnerships at Publicis Media, focusing on all aspects from verification, best practices, and innovation. Diana has been with the Publicis family for nearly two years and has focused her career around programmatic and ad verification technologies since 2013.
In her current role, Diana supports the creation of standards across key pillars such as Brand Safety, Ad Fraud & Viewability, creating a framework for Publicis Media to work with clients and publishers to address all parts of the digital ecosystem in order to reflect the concerns of both consumers and advertiser. She is a liaison to verification vendors and UGC platforms, helping prioritize Brand Safety roadmaps and establish marketplace relationships. Diana also authors a variety of Publicis Media thought leadership including playbooks and vendor POVs. She is an active member of industry groups such as the IAB EU.
Ethan Sailers serves as a Solution Engineering Manager at OneTrustTM— part of the #1 most widely used privacy, security and marketing user experience technology platform. In his role, Sailers advises companies large and small on best practices to drive engaging user experiences and build trust while demonstrating compliance across 100s of global data privacy regulations, including the CCPA, TCPA, CASL and GDPR. Sailers is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (FIP, CIPP/E, CIPM) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Amit Shetty heads the Video and Audio product initiatives at the IAB TechLab. He joined the Tech Lab with a history of building cloud, mobile and video products in a wide variety of markets ranging from Telcos to Enterprise to Consumer apps. He has worked in Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering roles and has built platforms in standards-based ecosystems at Motive/Nokia (products built on Broadband Forum standards) and InnoPath (products built on Open Mobile Alliance standards). He also worked at Yahoo where he worked on the Video Player used across all of Yahoo’s properties. He is a proud Longhorn from the University of Texas at Austin.
As Director of Product Management at DoubleVerify, Athul is responsible for viewability as well as other ad exposure and engagement measurement products that span more than 200 client performance metrics. Athul also leads the initiatives to gain and retain DV’s MRC accreditation and the implementation of IAB TechLab initiatives into DV’s products, including those for mobile in-app and CTV. Prior to joining DV, Athul was a product manager at Videology, Inc. — a video demand side platform that was later acquired by Amobee and has also previously been a mobile applications developer. Athul earned his M. S. in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York.
Shuo Tian is the Vice President of Product Management, Advertising at Conviva. Shuo joined Conviva in March 2021, responsible for expanding Conviva’s industry-leading and patented streaming intelligence technologies into advertising. Prior to joining Conviva, Shuo spent many years building high growth advertising products across SSP and DSP, with roles at Verizon Media, Adap.tv, and Oracle.
As VP of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at White Ops, Ellie leads the Ecosystem GTM strategy. This is inclusive of integrations, marketplaces, and strategic alliances. She also plays a key role in White Ops participation in privacy and security working groups. Prior to White Ops, Ellie led commercial teams, drove channel relationships and grew global partnerships, with a primary focus on identity and supply chain transparency initiatives at MediaMath.
Jill Wittkopp is the Vice President, Product at the IAB Tech Lab, a global consortium for technical standards in the digital advertising industry. Prior to joining the IAB Tech Lab, Jill worked on the buy side of programmatic advertising with companies like MyBuys, Magnetic and Rakuten. She has a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan, Dearborn and lives in San Francisco, California.
