Allison Allen is VP of Diversity, Inclusion & Talent Management at Oath. In this role, she leads global efforts across Oath’s 50+ media and technology brands to build strong talent and organizational philosophies and culture. Allison also partners and works collaboratively across all levels of Oath’s brands to guide the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy, focusing on creating innovative approaches that result in an all-inclusive and diverse work environment. Her goal at Oath is to enhance the internal and external brand of the company from both the people and process perspective, as well as maintaining an exceptionally high bar for diverse talent.
Prior to Oath, Allison was Vice President, Talent & Organizational Development for AOL Inc., where she created a series of new learning programs, technical end products and organizational/project models. Before AOL, she headed up the Global Organizational Development Practice at Bloomberg LP and was Vice President in Global Talent and Leadership at Deutsche Bank, where she worked with clients around a broad range of issues (e.g., strategy execution, leadership pipeline building, talent identification, change management and human capital systems).
Allison began her career at Johnson & Higgins (now part of Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc.) where she focused on designing and implementing courses on insurance brokerage systems. Earlier in her career, Allison was a Manager of Learning & Organizational Development with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
Allison completed her degree from New York University and is currently researching Masters programs focusing on Industrial Organizational Psychology & Human Resources Management.
Karen currently leads the Global Partnerships group responsible for Google’s largest search and mobile applications partners. Since joining Google in 2003, Karen has led a number of critical strategic partnership teams covering client/sell-side monetization and search distribution products. Karen is also an active leader of Google’s Women@Global Partnerships group, whose mission is to equip women in the Partnerships organization with the connections and opportunities they need to have extraordinary careers. Before joining Google, Karen worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on clients in the financial industry.
Karen earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford University. Karen also loves competing in triathlons and mentoring for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training organization. When Karen is not running triathlons, she’s running after her 3 year old son and 10 month old daughter.
As EVP of Industry Initiatives at IAB, Anna Bager spearheads the strategic oversight of the digital media and marketing industries’ most vital and fastest growing platforms which include mobile, digital video, audio, measurement, and data. Under her leadership, she brings together and drives growth for three of the organizations’ paramount centers of excellence: The IAB Mobile Center, representing the mobile marketing, advertising, and media marketplace; The Digital Video Center, encompassing Advanced TV, OTT, and The Digital Content NewFronts, and The Data Center, developing consumer identifiers, data quality, industry benchmarks, and tools for data activation and automation. She is a driving force in building a one-stop shop for producing thought leadership, innovation, research, and best practices for these thriving industries.
Prior to joining the IAB, Bager was heading business intelligence at Ericsson Multimedia and head of research at Ericsson’s Business Consulting unit. Earlier, she was Research and Consulting Manager for IDC EMEA. Anna has received numerous accolades throughout her career, including being named “Most Important Women in Mobile Advertising” for Business Insider, and one of the “Top Women in Media” by Folio Mag for the past consecutive five years.
Jessica Bennett is an award-winning journalist and author who writes on gender, sexuality, and culture. She was recently appointed Gender Editor of the New York Times, the first person to hold that role.
Jessica is the author of the bestselling book, Feminist Fight Club: A Survival Manual for a Sexist Workplace (HarperCollins, 2016), which has been translated into seven languages, a podcast, and is being adapted for television.
Her writing has appeared in Newsweek, where she spent seven years as a writer and editor; Time.com, where she was a columnist; as well as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, the Washington Post and the New York Times, where she has covered sexual assault on campus, profiled female pot entrepreneurs, and was the first journalist to profile Monica Lewinsky in a decade. Jessica has spoken about journalism and gender at leading institutions and government agencies, including Harvard, Facebook, Cannes Lions, Thomson Reuters, and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. She is the cofounder of the Lean In Collection, a photo initiative with Getty Images to diversify stock photography, which received the 2015 Trustee Award from the International Center of Photography.
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Visto, Kerry is responsible for driving strategic direction and business execution across the entire organization. Kerry joined Collective (now Visto) in 2015 and held the roles of both Chief Operating Officer and President before assuming the CEO role in 2017. Kerry is a 2017 Silver Stevie Award winner for “Female Executive of the Year” as well as a past winner of Brand Innovators “Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing.” She brings to Visto over 25 years of experience in media, advertising and consulting. Prior to Visto, Kerry was at E*TRADE Financial overseeing the company’s paid media, agencies, martech and analytics partners. Prior to that, she was Managing Director for the global media management consulting division at Accenture, leading business development and services for its enterprise media and analytics practice. Earlier in her career, Kerry held senior leadership roles at Reader’s Digest, Time Inc., Hill Holliday and TBWA Chiat Day. Kerry received her BA from Claremont McKenna College.
Ann Blinkhorn specializes in building leadership teams for businesses at the intersection of media, marketing and technology.
Ann founded Blinkhorn in New York in 2009 following seven years as a leading executive recruiter at Spencer Stuart. She has reshaped senior leadership teams for established media companies transforming their businesses, and has also recruited executive talent to earlier stage digital companies working to rapidly grow their brands and franchises. Ann has led CEO and other senior-level engagements for a diverse range of clients including Comcast, Hearst, Microsoft, Dow Jones, Insider Inc (Business Insider) and Huffington Post, among many others.
Ann’s background includes over 25 years of traditional and digital media operating experience combined with executive search experience. She began her career at The New York Times Company, where she served in corporate strategy and later as publisher of the first foreign- language edition of The New York Times, a joint venture in Russia with The Moscow News. She also served as president of the North American division of the International Herald Tribune (now International New York Times). Prior to transitioning to executive search in 2002, Ann was part of the founding management team of zUniversity.com, where she launched and ran an online recruitment business.
Ann earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. degree from Smith College. She serves on the advisory boards of WFUV Radio (Fordham University public radio affiliate) and ProPublica, and previously served on the board of the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics, and Public Policy at Harvard University.
Lynda Clarizio has spent the last 18 years as a successful executive in the media industry growing and scaling businesses with a particular focus on data and technology. From 2013 thru 2017, she was the President of Nielsen U.S. Media, responsible for leading the performance of Nielsen’s U.S. Watch business providing media and advertiser clients with measurement and marketing effectiveness solutions across television, digital, audio and other media. Prior to Nielsen, she was Executive Vice President for corporate development and operations at AppNexus, a leading programmatic advertising platform. Before joining AppNexus, she was the CEO and President of INVISION, Inc., a leading provider of multi-platform advertising solutions. Clarizio previously had a decade-long career at AOL, which she joined in 1999. She was the President of AOL’s consolidated advertising businesses, then called Platform-A. She also served as the President of Advertising.com, then the industry’s largest third party online advertising network. She was Executive Vice President of AOL’s audience business responsible for strategy, finance and business development, and also AOL’s Senior Vice President for corporate strategic and financial planning and Senior Vice President for acquisitions and strategic investments. Prior to joining AOL, Clarizio was a partner in the leading Washington, D.C. law firm Arnold & Porter, where she practiced law from 1987 thru 1999.
Clarizio is a recognized leader in advertising and media, having been named one of 2017’s “50 Most Powerful Women in New York” by Crain’s, one of 2011’s top 100 “Tech Titans” in the Washington, DC region by The Washingtonian, one of 2009’s “25 Executives to Watch in Digital Entertainment” by Digital Media Wire, and one of 2008’s “Women to Watch” by Advertising Age. She also was selected one of 1998’s “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40” by The Washingtonian.
Clarizio is a member of the boards of directors of CDW, Adjust GmbH, Resonate, OpenSlate and Human Rights First. She is a 1985 graduate of Harvard Law School and a 1982 graduate of Princeton University.
Bonita C. Stewart brings extensive consumer technology and operational experience as her career spans over two decades of digital transformation across multiple industries. Since joining Google in 2006 she has driven adoption of digital technologies within the C-Suite in the US and globally. Currently, she oversees the company’s Global Partnerships team for the largest US publishers across Search, Mobile Apps, Commerce, News, Broadcast, Telecommunications and Domains.
Prior to Google she had an extensive automotive career where she led Chrysler Group Interactive Communications for DaimlerChrysler AG, Dodge Passenger Cars and Minivans brand management and Chrysler Brand Advertising. During her tenure Advertising Age named the Chrysler Group the 2005 Interactive Marketer of the Year. Ms. Stewart enjoyed a 10-year management career with IBM in software/hardware pricing, sales and PC product marketing. As an entrepreneur she served as President, COO and co-founder for Nia Enterprises, a web-based company as well as the Founder and CEO for One Moment in Time, a formal wear rental company for women.
Over the past several years she has been recognized externally for her leadership as a Woman to Watch (Advertising Age, 2011), Power 100 (Ebony, 2012), Woman to Watch in Tech (Crain’s NY, 2014) and Most Powerful Women (Crain’s NYC, 2017)
Ms. Stewart graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Currently, she serves on the Deckers Brands board [NYSE:DECK] and the American Ballet Theatre Advisory Council for Project Plié.
Mia Saini Duchnowski is the Co-Founder and CEO of Oars + Alps, a direct to consumer skin care brand for people who lead an active, on-the-go lifestyle. The products are made with natural premium ingredients. The company launched in 2015 after Mia quit her high-profile job as a TV Reporter with Bloomberg TV, one of the largest financial TV networks in the world.
Mia spent over three years with Bloomberg TV in Hong Kong and in New York City where she was responsible for global economic, political and business coverage. She was the first person at the network to interview the Chairman of Microsoft, John Thompson, after he became Chairman. She’s interviewed hundreds of CEOs and heads of states including the former CEO of Burberry, Angela Ahrendts, and Virgin founder, Sir Richard Branson. She’s routinely covered breaking news stories, such as the disappearance of MH 370, Nelson Mandela’s death, and Steve Job’s passing.
Prior to joining Bloomberg in June 2011, Mia served as an Anchor and Reporter for Forbes TV. She reported from the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland as well as interviewed prominent business leaders including Warren Buffett, former FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair, Blackstone co-founder Pete Peterson, former Bear Stearns CEO Ace Greenberg, SAP CEO Bill McDermott and more. Earlier in her career, Mia was a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs, working in hedge fund sales and marketing. There, she helped establish strategic relationships with hedge funds representing over $1.2 billion in portfolio value.
Mia holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School. She has a double major from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in neuroscience and media studies, and a double minor in civil engineering and management science. While at MIT, she interned at NASA Ames Research Center doing artificial intelligence research. She was featured in Glamour Magazine as one of their Top Ten College Women in 2004.
Mia currently sits on the Auxiliary Board of the Chicago Lincoln Park Zoo and the Junior Board of Greencity Market in Chicago. Mia has served on the Board of Directors for the MIT Club of Hong Kong and the Harvard Business School Club of Hong Kong. She loves cycling and yoga and has three kids.
Brad Jakeman has a passion for developing category-disruptive innovation ideas and marketing programs that challenge the status-quo and build famous, world-class brands. As a Senior Advisor and Consultant he now works with Founders, CEOs, Boards and CMOs on innovation, brand building and business models that drive disruption of existing industries and creates new economies.
For the past seven years as President, PepsiCo Global Beverage Group, Jakeman led global category strategy, brand building, design, advertising, marketing, innovation and branded content for PepsiCo’s global portfolio of beverages which includes ten of PepsiCo’s 22 Billion Dollar brands such as Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Aquafina, Mirinda, 7UP and Gatorade.
Jakeman’s career has spanned Fashion, Financial Services, Entertainment and Packaged goods. He has held senior marketing roles at Ogilvy, Citi, Macy’s and Activision Blizzard. During that time Advertising Age named Jakeman one of America’s “Top 50 Marketers,” The Australian newspaper dubbed him one of the “top 20 people shaping global media,” in July, 2015 he was named “Advertising Person of the Year” by the Ad Club of New York; and AdWeek included him in the top 5 of the ‘Most Indispensable Executives in Tech, Media and Marketing’ for two years in a row.
Brian is the Director of Entertainment Partnerships at Google working with top cable networks and sporting league partners. He also heads up Google’s inventory acquisition strategy for its premium programmatic video marketplace encompassing all digital platforms. Previously, Brian managed Google’s Automotive and Online pure-play partnerships team. Prior to Google, he managed strategic partnerships for DoubleClick which was acquired by Google in 2007. He is a highly accomplished digital advertising executive with 15+ years of experience helping publishers and programmers best leverage their advertising technology assets.
Prior to joining DoubleClick, Brian worked for MassHysteria, ActiveBuddy (acquired by Microsoft), and Akamai in business development and product management capacities. At MassHysteria he led the product development and operations on AOL’s inaugural fantasy sports games.
Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Dickinson College. He lives in Rye, NY with his wife, son, and daughter.
Before co-founding LOLA, Jordana received her MBA from Columbia Business School, during which she worked at Rent the Runway and Quidsi. Jordana was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2016. She graduated from Dartmouth College and is on the board of Drive Change, a 501(c)(3) food truck that employs and teaches transferable skills to youth in the NYC criminal justice system. Prior to attending business school, Jordana worked at the opera and wanted to one day run Lincoln Center.
Meredith Kopit Levien is president and chief executive officer of The New York Times Company. She leads the Company’s global operations and directs its business strategy.
Before becoming CEO in September 2020, she served as chief operating officer, overseeing all major commercial operations, including subscriptions, advertising, events, and the cross-functional digital product development organization.
Prior to being appointed COO in 2017, she was executive vice president and chief revenue officer, a position she held since 2015. In that role, Ms. Kopit Levien was responsible for both the subscription and advertising businesses. Ms. Kopit Levien joined The Times Company in 2013 as head of advertising.
Before joining The Times, she spent five years at Forbes, where she held various roles, including publisher and chief revenue officer, and six years at the Atlantic. She began her career at the Advisory Board Company.
Ms. Kopit Levien is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. She serves on the board of directors of The New York Times Company and Instacart.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in 1993 and divides her time between New York and Washington, D.C.
As Chief Fan Officer at the National Basketball Association, Danielle Lee oversees brand, creative, and multiplatform fan marketing globally and is charged with elevating brand perception, cultural connection, and fan engagement. She led the fan marketing strategy for the 2019-20 NBA restart campaign, “Whole New Game,” driving awareness, viewership and cultural conversation around the historic season.
Lee is an accomplished marketing leader recognized for being a change agent, leading brand and innovation strategy, and delivering strong in-market results for some of the world’s most respected brands. Prior to the NBA, Lee spent four years at Spotify and served as Global Vice President, Partner Solutions, where was responsible for developing gotomarket strategy and growing global revenue across music, podcasts and high-impact digital experiences. Under her leadership and innovation, Spotify was named Media Brand of the Year at the 2018 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Prior to Spotify, Lee served as Global Vice President, Commercial Marketing at Vevo, where she was responsible for building compelling sales narratives and developing the positioning and gotomarket strategy for all Vevo programs, core video products and tentpoles. Prior to Vevo, she spent seven years at AT&T and served as Vice President of Product Marketing and Innovation for AT&T AdWorks, developing new online, mobile and TV advertising solutions, defining strategy, and growing the company’s multiscreen ad business. Lee began her career at Showtime Networks, where she directed new product marketing and advertising and was instrumental in building awareness and driving tunein to Showtime’s awardwinning original series, including Weeds, Dexter, Fat Actress and The L Word.
Lee was named one of Billboard’s Branding Power Players and an AdColor in Tech honoree in 2019, and to Adweek’s Top 50 Most Indispensable Executives in Marketing, Media and Technology from 2016-2018. She is also a threetime honoree of the Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising by Business Insider. Lee serves on the board of the IAB Digital Video Center of Excellence and is an Executive Member of She Runs It.
Lee holds an MBA in marketing and media management from Columbia Business School and a bachelor of arts in political science from Columbia University. She currently resides in Montclair, N.J., with her husband and two children.
Susan Lyne is President and Founding Partner of BBG Ventures, a venture fund for women-led tech start-ups. The fund is focused on consumer internet businesses – services, content, commerce – based on the belief that there is a huge opportunity in backing smart entrepreneurs who reflect and understand the consumers driving the fastest-growing areas of the internet.
Susan has had a long career in media, commerce and consumer products. She has held leadership positions at companies of all sizes and stages, from startups to public companies, often during periods of internal or external change.
She began her career in the magazine industry, where she founded and led Premiere Magazine. She spent almost a decade at Disney, rising to President of Entertainment at ABC. She was the CEO of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia; CEO and then Chair of Gilt.com; and she led AOL’s Brand Group, overseeing such brands as TechCrunch, Engadget and Moviefone, immediately before launching BBG Ventures.
Susan is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Gilt.com and a director of Starz LLC. Additionally, Ms. Lyne is a trustee of Rockefeller University and The New School, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
She has four daughters, three sisters, and a wide circle of entrepreneur-advisees who give as much as they get. Her biggest wins have all come from listening to, building for and betting on women.
Joy Marcus currently teaches entrepreneurship at Princeton University.
Marcus was most recently Executive Vice President and General Manager, Digital Video at Condé Nast, the publishing giant whose properties include Vogue, The New Yorker and Vanity Fair.
Marcus was on the management team that took BarnesandNoble.com public (~$2.2B valuation). She also led French video site Dailymotion to its sale to Orange (France Telecom) for ~200M. In her role at Condé Nast, Marcus led her division to 4x growth during her tenure, achieving profitability for the first time in 2016.
Marcus has been a digital media manager since 2007 and an active member of the NYC venture community since its inception. She spent three years as a Managing Director and Venture Partner at Gotham Ventures, a Draper Fisher Jurvetson network fund.
Marcus served as CEO of venture-backed start-up Bloglovin’, and raised the company’s Series A round. She is currently a Venture Fellow at Betaworks (the early stage fund that was the first investor in Bloglovin’) and on the Board of Directors of the New York Tech Alliance. She also served as a James Wei Visiting Professor in Entrepreneurship at Princeton University in 2015.
Marcus was named one of the “Digital Power Fifty” by The Hollywood Reporter in 2009 and 2010. In 2014 she was named a “Woman to Watch” by Crain’s and a “Woman of Power and Influence” by the National Organization for Women (NOW). She is a 1986 graduate of New York University School of Law and a 1983 graduate of Princeton University.
Susie has lived in 10 cities in three countries and has had three completely different professions, but she considers Minneapolis her hometown and advertising her career.
She started at George magazine, following the presidential campaign trail, then went to The New York Times as Features Editor for their first-ever online edition. She then moved into advertising at Deutsch NY to work on IKEA and LensCrafters before stepping away from the rat race to attend the London School of Economics for a master’s in urban planning. After completing her studies, she consulted on economic and transportation planning in England—including visits to Roman archeological digs and the Bull Ring in Birmingham. Upon returning stateside, she headed back to advertising and found a home at Fallon, working with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Time magazine and Nestlé Purina.
She joined Droga5 in 2009 as Group Account Director and rose through the ranks to become Head of Account Management and, in 2013, General Manager of the New York office. In 2015, Susie was appointed Chief Operating Officer and has been a key driving force behind the agency’s success.
As COO of Droga5, Susie oversees all business operations of the agency—from oversight of key accounts and marshaling departments to scale and adapt to growth and designing systems and culture that deliver breakthrough ideas—all in an effort to drive influence for clients and their businesses.
Throughout her tenure at Droga5, Susie has served as a senior leader, champion and advocate for diversity and inclusion. She is Executive Advisor to D+iQ, Droga5’s diversity and inclusion initiative, and has an unwavering belief that diversity is inseparable from the influential creative work Droga5 is known to produce. In 2017, Susie was appointed to the board of directors of ADCOLOR, the premier organization celebrating and promoting professionals of color and diversity in the creative industries. Most recently, she joined Adweek’s inaugural advisory board, a group of top-level executives and thought leaders who have volunteered to help foster productive conversation around the key issues facing their companies, clients and peers.

Tonia O’Connor serves as chief revenue officer for Univision Communications Inc. (UCI), reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, O’Connor drives an integrated content monetization strategy and oversees all of UCI’s revenue streams – linear and digital advertising, content distribution as well as new revenue development.
O’Connor is spearheading UCI’s development of new opportunities that advance consumer engagement and create a more effective overall experience for marketers and distributors. She has led UCI’s efforts to expand the reach of its portfolio of brands and content availability by creating new consumer products and securing valuable shelf space with both traditional and emerging distributors, and social media platforms. In addition to establishing UCI’s $1 billion+ content licensing business, O’Connor’s accomplishments include the launch of UCI’s direct to consumer live streaming and on demand subscription video service, Univision NOW, the development of the Univision Creator Network and the company’s first over-the-top (OTT) English-language digital network.
Given her understanding of consumer behavior, she is also involved in UCI’s programming and content development for its new networks and platforms, including the acquisition of originals for the OTT services and partnering with third parties to finance and develop new series. Additionally, O’Connor has worked with other leaders across UCI to coordinate investments in new digital businesses. She was also a founder of and continues to sponsor UCI’s Women’s Leadership Council, an employee resource group designed to prepare the next generation of women leaders.
O’Connor joined UCI in January 2008 as executive vice president of Distribution Sales and Marketing. She has played a key role as the Company expanded its portfolio from three networks to 17 broadcast, cable and digital networks, as well as developed its distribution and content windowing strategy for digital and mobile platforms. Previously, she spent 13 years at News Corp’s Gemstar TV Guide, where she last served as executive vice president of Distribution. O’Connor is a Director on the Board of Directors of El Rey Network, a cable network started by filmmaker, Robert Rodriguez and fuboTV, a streaming TV service.
She is active in industry organizations and currently serves as the Chairman on the Dean’s Advisory Board at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. O’Connor has received multiple awards and recognitions including last year’s distinguished Vanguard Award for Marketing from the NCTA – The Television and Internet Association, Variety’s Women of Impact Award, as well as in The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Power 100. In prior years, O’Connor received a Wonder Women award from Multichannel News, was recognized by Moves Magazine as a Power Woman, and appears every year on CableFax’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Cable and the industry’s Top 100.
O’Connor graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a dual major in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. She lives in Summit, NJ with her husband and three children.
Nada Stirratt is VP, Americas at Facebook where she leads marketing partnerships with the largest brands and agencies across the Americas & LATAM. Her team supports all of Facebook’s offerings including Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Marketplace.
Prior to Facebook, Nada was CEO of Verve Mobile, a venture-backed global, location-based mobile technology platform. Nada joined Verve from Acxiom, where she served as the company’s first CRO leading a global team responsible for the company’s revenue, operations and analytics practices.
Nada has also held executive positions at News Corp, Viacom, and AOL.
Nada currently serves as a director on the boards of BlueStar Families, a 501C3 that supports US military families during the difficult time of deployment, and the Interactive Advertising Bureau. She has been named to CableWorld’s Most Powerful Women, Business Insider’s Most Powerful Women in Mobile, and was awarded the Ad:Tech Industry Achievement Award.
Rachel Tipograph has considered herself amongst the digerati since the moment she became an eBay power user at 13. After joining Gap as the company’s youngest-ever Global Director of Digital and Social Media, where she oversaw strategy, implementation and measurement, Rachel traveled the world for 100 days and then founded MikMak, a global eCommerce enablement and analytics platform for multichannel brands.
