A seasoned executive with 24+ years of digital media, marketing and operations experience, Angelina Eng has focused her career on supporting agencies and brands to define, build and manage digital media and marketing efforts while enabling teams to operationally work efficiently and effectively with both internal and external partners and platforms. She’s been responsible for the development and management of internal systems and workflow, establishment of deliverable standards, designing ad trafficking and tracking guidelines, implementation of emerging platforms, as well as establishing best practices at companies such as Morgan Stanley, Merkle, Dentsu Aegis and Publicis Modem.
Over the years, She has been involved with multiple organizations and events to help define, establish and advocate some of the industry standards that we see in today’s digital media ecosystem (such as ad verification/brand safety, ad fraud, viewability and programmatic, social, etc)
Angelina has been awarded the AdMonsters 2018 Power List, IAB Data Rockstar 2016 and AdMonsters Digital Media Leadership Award 2016.
With over seventeen years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, Orchid Richardson is the Senior Vice President of Digital at Blavity Inc., where she leads the growth of Blavity360º’s Black and multicultural publisher network, increasing revenue for all its members. Her experience as an expert data solution architect and integrator has allowed her to lead initiatives within many prominent media companies, entertainment networks, and publications during her career. Orchid has worked for several other media companies, including BET Networks, Hearst Magazines Digital Media, and 33Across, Inc. At the IAB, Orchid served as the Senior Vice President of IAB’s Programmatic and Data Center (PDC), where she defined the strategic vision and executed the PDC Board of Directors’ agenda. Orchid also established industry-wide standards and business guidelines for the responsible use of data that enabled relevant, personalized, and privacy-compliant consumer experiences. Orchid led industry-wide training on The Data Centric-Organization, providing direction on how to break down a matrix organization through four key areas – people, partnerships, processes, and platforms.
Orchid is actively involved in advertising, having held leadership roles in key industry trade organizations, including Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement and Black MAKERS. Additionally, she is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is Vice President of the Metro-Manhattan (NY) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, and the Westchester Chapter of Jack & Jill of America. Orchid also serves as a board member and fundraising chair of the Ujamaa Community Development Corporation, which has built over $100 million in affordable housing in Westchester County, New York. She is passionate about giving back and helping to unite the community.
Steve is the Senior Vice President, Product and General Manager for Neustar’s Customer Experience LOB, a core part of the Neustar Marketing Intelligence Platform. With a deep technical background and extensive domain knowledge, Silvers is a leading force in global mar tech and ad tech product development.
Steve came to Neustar through the acquisition of Aggregate Knowledge, where he was responsible for much of the differentiating product work behind the IDMP platform including attribution, privacy & compliance, identity resolution and the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
With a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an early career as an engineer, Steve is at home solving complex technical issues with engineering teams. He is a strong leader, an experienced public speaker and an avid sailor.
Jess Simpson leads the digital transformation, martech strategy, and analytics consulting practice at Acxiom, with a focus on customer intelligence, digital experiences, and data privacy enhancing technologies. She proudly represents Acxiom on a variety of committees and trade organizations including the IAB Tech Lab, Association of National Advertisers, 4A’s Partnership for Responsible Addressable Media and Network Advertising Initiative, and Digital Advertising Alliance.
An industry veteran with 19 years of experience, Simpson has spearheaded the development of global data and technology solutions for over 500 clients on both the vendor and agency side. Prior to joining Acxiom, Simpson served as the SVP of Solution Consulting at Publicis Groupe and Head of Innovation and AI at WPP, where she helped brands and platforms leverage data to power their adtech and martech stack and marketing campaigns, developed thought leadership about consumer privacy and the impacts on advertising, and drove digital transformation through the design and implementation of digital trust technologies like data clean rooms and consent management platforms. She also co-led key partnerships with Google Privacy Sandbox, Adobe, Snowflake, and AWS.
Born and raised in a small town in Iowa, Simpson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications and journalism from the University of Iowa and currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and two children. In her free time, she coaches her kids’ soccer team, is an avid Peloton enthusiast, and loves going to any concert that comes her way.
Michael Vinson, PhD brings a unique blend of expertise in mathematics, theoretical physics, and data science as applied to media measurement and advertising to his role as Chief Research Officer at Comscore.
Dr. Vinson has played a key role in developing and reinventing Comscore’s measurement solutions across TV, computers, and mobile devices. Under his leadership, Comscore launched its groundbreaking TV measurement capabilities, and is now redesigning all its measurement systems to enable the privacy-focused methodologies demanded by consumers.
Dr. Vinson’s stewardship of Comscore’s analytics strategy builds on a strong, 25-year track record of achievement. Prior to joining Rentrak and Comscore, he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Digital Insights and Analytics at Starcom MediaVest Group and, before that, as Chief Research Scientist at erinMedia, where he was granted multiple patents relating to mathematical methods for estimating demographics from privacy-safe digital set-top box data.
Prior to joining the media measurement industry, Dr. Vinson – who holds a PhD in theoretical physics from the University of Chicago – was an academic and educator. He completed his post-doctoral work at Syracuse University in Physics, won a Fulbright Scholarship to teach and do research in computational physics at Yarmouk University in Jordan, and served as Chairman of the Department of Physics at Shippensberg University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Vinson has lived and worked in four countries around the globe, and his family includes his wife, three adult children, two dogs, and three cats. He currently lives in Oakland, California.
