2010 Full-Year Internet Advertising Revenue Report

Internet advertising revenues (“revenues”) in the United States totaled $26.0 billion for the full year of 2010, with Q3 2010 accounting for approximately $6.5 billion and Q4 2010 totaling approximately $7.5 billion. Internet advertising revenues for the full year of 2010 increased 15 percent over 2009.

Key findings:

  • Revenues Increased 15% in 2010 — Internet advertising revenues in the U.S. totaled $7.45 billion in the fourth quarter of 2010, an increase of 15 percent from the 2010 third quarter total of $6.46 billion, and an increase of 19 percent from the 2009 fourth quarter total of $6.26 billion. 2010 full year Internet advertising revenues totaled $26.0 billion, up 15 percent from the $22.7 billion reported . . .
