Anna Bager and Sherrill Mane - Cynopsis and Folio Top Women in Media

IAB is honored to announce accolades for two key executives. Anna Bager, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Mobile and Video, IAB, and Sherrill Mane, Senior Vice President, Research, Analytics, and Measurement, IAB, have each been named to both the Cynopsis Media Top Women in Digital and Folio Top Women in Media lists. They are the only two women from a media or marketing trade association to be recognized on either list.

Cynopsis Media’s Top Women in Digital Awards honors those who excel in digital content, marketing, advertising, social media, and online. The Folio Top Women in Media Awards recognizes the most influential women in media—the ones driving the agenda for the industry and in their companies—who are innovating in new ways and guiding their businesses into new markets. Bager and Mane will be recognized by Cynopsis at a special cocktail reception on April 23 at Astor Center in New York. On June 8, the pair will also be recognized by Folio at an awards luncheon at the Grand Hyatt in New York.

Anna Bager brings together two of the digital media and marketing industries’ most significant growth platforms under her leadership. The IAB Mobile Marketing Center of Excellence, an independently funded and staffed unit inside IAB, is charged with driving the growth of the mobile marketing, advertising and media marketplace.

The IAB Digital Video Center focuses on tying together various IAB video activities—including Advanced TV, Digital Video, and the Digital Content Newfronts—providing a one-stop shop for thought leadership, innovation, research, and guidance for the burgeoning digital video industry.

Sherrill Mane

Sherrill Mane has led industry efforts to establish metrics and build measurement systems that facilitate the growth of interactive media. Mane is responsible for numerous IAB initiatives, including fostering greater awareness of interactive advertising opportunities in the traditional media agency community. She oversees the creation of market-making research and the materials associated with findings that grow the business. Since 2011, Mane has also been the IAB lead on the groundbreaking cross ecosystem collaboration with the agencies (4A’s) and marketers (ANA) known as Making Measurement Make Sense (3MS).
