How To Create A New Account

- Follow the directions and input your information. Note: You MUST include your professional work email to receive member benefits.

- You will receive a verification email once your IAB.com account has been created. Click the link once to verify your email.

4. Log In
- Log in with your new IAB username and password credentials.
How to Reset Your Password
If you reset the password to your previous (pre-2024) IAB.com account and do not receive a password reset email, you need to create a new account due to enhancements that IAB recently made to its website.

- Find the reset option by clicking the log-in icon at the top right-hand corner of IAB.com.

2. Initiate Password Reset:
- Select the “Don’t Remember Your Password” link.

3. Input Your Professional Email
- Opt to send a password reset email to your business/professional email account. If you initiate a password reset and do not receive a password reset email, you will need to create a new IAB.com account due to enhancements that IAB recently made to its website.

4. Check Your Inbox:
- Expect a password reset email promptly from [email protected]. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

5. Click and Reset:
- Open the email and click the reset link provided within. Follow the prompts on the password reset page.

6. Confirmation:
- Once successfully updated, a confirmation message will appear. You will also receive a confirmation email for your records.

Can I use an old password when I reset my password?
No, you cannot use your previous five passwords. Please register with a new password that meets the following criteria:
- Eight characters in length, minimum
- Contain at least three (3) of the following four (4) types of characters: Lowercase letters (a-z), Upper case letters (A-Z), Numbers (0-9), Special Characters (@#$%^&*) etc.
